Premier League / Season Review / 2012
Visualising the drama of a landmark Premier League season
Overview
The Premier League Season Review 2011/12 was a 72-page publication documenting what was widely regarded as one of the greatest seasons in Premier League history. Packed with statistics, match analysis, player interviews and in-depth features, the report needed to balance rich editorial storytelling with complex data while maintaining excitement and momentum throughout.
My role
I was responsible for layout design and the creation of engaging infographics to visualise key statistics and season highlights. Using structured grid systems and clear typographic hierarchies, I helped manage large volumes of content across the 72 pages. By varying layout pace and integrating data visualisation with photography and editorial spreads, I created a dynamic and immersive reading experience that captured the intensity and drama of the season.
